I, then, heard the door open and a minute later, it closed. Once I got out of the shower, my wallet had been cleared of all $200+ dollars I had, which was sitting on the dresser. I spoke to the front desk to which they responded, “we will make a note of it”. No apology, No follow up, no resolution... It is sad that a hotel of this caliber had nothing to offer for this situation. I will never be back and I will make sure everyone I know hears of this situation.It isn’t even about the money but the lack of concern for their guests.

I called to report the incident and a maimaintence man came up to repair it. The tv couldn’t be repaired so it was replaced with a new one. Great price for downtown close to the aquarium. But the bathroom was dated and had many dings. But the breakfast was great ( as long as they didn’t run out ). Use the Next and Previous buttons to navigate.
